2. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No — it’s up to you. Many clients prefer to leave a key, code, or let us in. If you are home, that’s also completely fine.
3. How long does a cleaning take?
It depends on the size and condition of the home.
• Regular clean: 2–4 hours
• Deep clean: 3–6 hours
• Move-in/move-out: 4–7 hours.
We’ll give you a closer estimate based on your home.
4. How do you calculate the cost of my cleaning?
Our standard rate is $70 per hour for a team of two professional cleaners. Your final price depends on the type of service you choose - whether it's regular maintenance cleaning, a detailed deep clean, or a move-in/move-out service.
Once we learn more about your home and your needs, we provide a clear, personalized estimate with fully transparent pricing and ho hidden fees.
5. Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes! We bring all professional cleaning supplies, disinfectants, and equipment.
6. Do you clean inside the fridge/oven/cabinets/windows?
Yes! They are available as add-ons. Just let us know when booking.
7. Can I book recurring cleanings ?
For sure! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanings. Choose the schedule that fits your life, and we'll keep your home consistently clean and stress-free.
8. Are your cleaning products environmentally friendly?

Availability varies, but we recommend booking 3-5 days in advance for regular cleanings. Same-day and next-day appointments may be available depending on schedule.
For deep cleans or move-in/move-out services, we recommend securing your spot 1-2 weeks ahead to guarantee availability.
If you need something sooner, just reach out — we'll always try our best to fit you in.
